Description: Dill is a member of the Parsley Family, grown for it's leaves, bitter seeds which are used for flavoring the popular dill (cucumber) pickles. Dill is a great compnion plant for brasiace helping to ward off slugs and makes the vegetables taste sweeter, especially when planted with cabbage!
Planting: Sow Dill seeds lightly covered outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Keep moist. Plant in full sun.
